Web Design Service Agreement

§ 1. Services Provided

Homeland Development Services LLC ("Provider") agrees to provide web design and development services to the Client as described in the specific project proposal or statement of work.

§ 2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and other materials required for the project in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Provide access to necessary accounts and platforms (e.g., hosting, domain registrar).

§ 3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and launch of the website.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.

§ 4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the copyright to the final website design and content. The Provider retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes.

§ 5. Warranties and Liability

The Provider warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

§ 6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

§ 7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
